The Two Most Important Days of Your Life

Mark Twain was right. The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.

The reason why the day you were born is important is probably obvious. It is after all the day you started your life. The reason why the day you find out why is important may not be as obvious.

Going through life without a clear purpose is like a ship being around with the wind. The ship goes where the wind blows it to. If you don't have a clear purpose then the winds of life will blow you from job to job, relationship to relationship, situation to situation.

When you discover why you were born then life becomes more clear and focused. You can start making decisions that will take you closer to the reason why you were born.

How do you do that? Most people, including myself, have gone from job to job, situation to situation without any clear idea of what they really want. Usually they discover what they don't want after having a bad experience with a job or a relationship. I've done that too.

The trick to focus on what you do want. When you are clear of what you do want then you can start making plans to focus on the vision and achieve it. If you are unsure of what you want but certainly know what you don't want then Bright Futures Coaching can help you discover what you truly want.
